Can I really get below-retail rates on the Burj Al Arab? ▼
Yes. The Burj Al Arab — like all major Dubai luxury hotels — distributes a portion of its inventory through closed user group (CUG) channels at net rates. These rates are 10–30% below what Booking.com and the hotel's own website publish. As a Dubai Ultra member you access those rates directly.
How much do members save in AED? ▼
On a typical AED 3,000/night suite, members save AED 300–900 per night. On higher-category rooms the savings are larger in absolute terms. Peak season savings are typically 10–15%; last-minute off-peak savings can reach 25–30%.
Is there a minimum stay? ▼
No minimum stay is imposed by Dubai Ultra. Some hotels have their own minimum stay requirements during peak events (New Year's Eve, Dubai Shopping Festival) — we show these clearly on each hotel's listing.
Is membership really free? ▼
Yes. No subscription, no service fees layered on top of the rate. You pay the member rate directly — that's the total cost.
Which areas does Dubai Ultra cover? ▼
Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai Marina & JBR are live now. Business Bay, DIFC, and Jumeirah Beach are being added. If there's a specific property you want to see, let us know when you join.
